Exchange Eligibility
We offer an exchange policy only, which means products are not eligible for return or refund.
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

How to Request an Exchange

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.
Please note: The delivery address used for your order will be considered the exchange pickup address. Our team will arrange pickup and provide further instructions after approval.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately at akrudglobal@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Exchangeable Items
